Play time !

Good afternoon everyone ,

Aberdeen Play Forum have launched a programme of play opportunities in the city over the summer holidays. They are in various locations throughout Aberdeen and are free! They will run from Monday 8th July to Friday 16th August . The programme is now on display in both buildings . They will also be celebrating Scottish Playday on Friday 21st June in Duthie Park from 3:30 to 5pm .
There will be free activities for children and families including drumming , den building, loose parts play and Ranger activities( sounds like a day at Craigton!) Posters for this are also on display - for more info contact  cherie.morgan@aberlour.org.uk

Joanne from Gardening4Kids who visits us each month , is running free monthly classes for 3-5yr olds at Ben Reid Garden centre , Countesswells starting Saturday 15th June 11am to 12 noon . Please contact Joanne at  info@gerberadesigns.co.uk    for further details

That's a lots of free activities!!

Don't forget its the sunflowers Sports Day and Graduation on this Wednesday 3pm. All are welcome to this event . Please note that seating is extremely limited , so please be prepared to stand , or bring a rug with you .......and PRAY that the weather holds! If we are rained off - the reserve date is the following week - Wednesday 19th June 3pm .

Its Father's Day on Sunday (16th June)....so you have time to make something wonderful  for him! Please check your child's file this week - we'd hate anyone to miss out on this special day for dads!

And finally , a reminder that the nursery will be closed on the following dates this year:
Monday 8th July - Aberdeen Holiday
Monday 23rd September - Aberdeen Holiday
We will close at 6pm on Monday 23rd December and re-open 8am on Monday 6th January 2014
