Hello everyone ,
Happy Friday to you all! Im sure that many of you will have started the new year aiming to get fitter and healthier. If so , please consider participating in the NSPCC Scotland Aerobathon on Sunday 20th February 2011. This will be held at venues across the country , including Aberdeen Sports Village . The carpark remains closed today , but as the temperature is slowly rising , Im hoping it will thaw over the next couple of days and we can reopen it on Monday .
